Ministries

We are here to help you and your family come up higher…
Every person has a place in the family at FFLC. Maybe you will attend at first, but there is a place waiting for you and your gifts. The Lord has given each of us abilities and talents so that we can be a help to the Body of Christ and take our place in the family. He never intended for us to do life alone. He intends for us to share, love, and learn how to reach out and grow together. Here are some areas that you might start in. Of course, you can move to a different area as you find your right place.
Children and Youth
Children’s Ministry
Our Children’s Ministry is dedicated to providing a safe, fun, and nurturing environment where children can grow in their faith. Through age-appropriate lessons, creative activities, and engaging worship, we help kids discover the love of God and build a strong foundation for their spiritual journey. Join us in helping the next generation grow closer to God!
The Children’s Ministry’s vision is to grow children in:
- ages birth to toddlers, Pre-k to Kindergarten, and Grades 1-5.
- their relationships with the Lord
- their friendships with others in the family of God
- being filled and led by the Holy Spirit
- developing the fruit of the Holy Spirit
- receiving promises from the Lord
- praying for others
- learning what the Lord is calling them to be and do
Youth Ministry
We gather weekly on Wednesday nights and take time each year for summer camp!
Outreach & Missions
We are committed to making a difference in our local community and around the world. Our missions and outreach ministries provide opportunities to serve those in need, share the love of Christ, and spread hope where it’s needed most. Whether it’s through hands-on service projects, supporting global missions, or partnering with local organizations, there are many ways you can be a part of our efforts to impact lives and transform communities. Join us as we work together to bring God’s love to the world.
Past missions examples have included HearingHeart Missions and Beijing/Xian, China (2019), Firewind Ministries in Kenya (2021), Firewind Ministries in Zanzibar, Tanzania (2022), Club1040 and Go Church Beirut! in Beirut, Lebanon (2023).
Past Outreach examples have included evangelism and partnership with local groups such as Feed My Starving Children, Samaritan’s Purse Christmas boxes, and Nursing Home services.
Small Groups
Small groups are at the heart of a church community. These intimate gatherings provide a space for deeper relationships, meaningful discussions, and spiritual growth. Whether you’re looking for a Bible study, a prayer group, or a place to connect with others, small groups offer a supportive environment where you can share life, build lasting friendships, and grow in faith together. Join a small group today and experience the power of community.
Examples include marriage enrichment, fishing, Ladies Life in Christ, mini golf, family night, Chariots of Light (motorcycles), Bible studies, and more.

Prayer
Jesus said the Church is built on prayer… Prayer has been the foundation of what started FFLC. If we don’t pray, sooner or later we will miss God’s best for our lives. Come and be a part of a prayer group. We will stand with you for the answers you need, and together pray out what the Lord reveals for our future.
